Welcome to the Medieval hamlet of Grotbottom, 477AD (just after tea.) Grotbottom is home to barbarians, wizards, orcs and other beasties, as well as anxious young pig scat collector Rodney Render. When crazed wizard Boilbott the Pustular embeds a magical slingshot into a mythical stone, young Rodney's life changes forever!

Sadly, Monster Fun comic came to an end in December 2024 (Thanks BREXIT!) Thankfully, Sir Render ended on a high, rounding off his first arc in fine style.
It is Christmas at Grotbottom and a mysterious figure pays a visit. Sadly, it is NOT Santa Claus.
It was the honour of my life bringing these characters to life and I will miss them terribly. As Dr Seuss may, or may not, have said "Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened."
